Domestic and Industrial Water Pumps

Domestic Treatment Series
V-series UV systems filter CWA water to provide cleaner water for consumption. The filter cartridges are removable and replaced at intervals depending on the water quality. The system comes complete with ultraviolet moderator.
Desalination Plants
With the shortage of water announced worldwide and recent events in Mauritius it is becoming a more plausible option to opt for desalination plants for both sea water and brackish water.  Seawater RO systems are designed to operate under high or low TDS conditions. The built-in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) can be adjusted to increase or lower the operation pressure according to feed water TDS. The VFD feature coupled with Energy Recovery System (ERI) greatly improves the system efficiency and lowers electrical consumption. In today’s high energy cost world, these are essential features to have in a seawater desalination plant. This design also utilizes low flux rate design to ensure long membrane service life. The same process can be used to for provision of potable water from river water.

Rainwater Harvesting Systems
Rainwater collection is becoming a major step towards water saving in Mauritius. As witness, many government agencies, schools, colleges and domestic houses are in the stage of implementation of such systems if not already completed. VSL is the first and only company in Mauritius having successfully installed over 170 rainwater harvesting systems of minimum capacity of 9000 L.
Electrofusion Fittings
In recent years, many contractors have been heavily criticized for unprofessional installation works. VSL is the solution to these problems as we have the state of the art electrofusion fittings and machine.
Our team has enhanced experience; we provide on-site electrofusion services from diameter 20mm up to 250mm in the HDPE pipeline. All work done are assisted by our engineers and commissioning done by both parties.
Water Meter & Remote Reading
The champion water meter forms part of the products portfolio of VSL and may be on a supply only or supply & install basis, mainly for the remote reading. This same meter model has been procured by the CWA.
